Job Description:
• Conducting Preventive Maintenance inspections and repairs for mining electrical equipments comprising of Bucyrus 495, 595 cable shovels. P&H 4100 AC & DC cable shovels, Komatsu 930E electric drive haul trucks and general building maintenance tasks.
Qualification:
• Valid Alberta Electrical Journey person certification or Inter provincial Red Seal Electrical Journey person certification
• 5 Years Mining Experience working on electrical mining equipment to include electric drive haul trucks and electric cable shovels
• Applicants possess a high school diploma, GED or an equivalent combination of education and experience. [Diplomas and GED's must be accredited by a provincial board of education; on-line diplomas are not recognized.]
• Applicants possess a valid driver’s license with no suspension and no more than 2 convictions in the last 2 years.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a High School Diploma, any field.
* At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs and Up Experienced Employees specializing in Engineering - Electrical or equivalent.
* 5 Full-Time positions available.
