Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least:
1. High School Diploma
2. Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate

* At least 1 year work experience
* Preferably Muslim
* Should be able to communicate well in English

Have a proven track record of food preparation, presentation and preservation knowledge

Certificate as a Muslim Butcher from a recognized Muslim Organization.
