* Degree qualified in either Engineering/Construction/Finance or a relevant discipline

Task Description:
* Liaises with Construction Engineering and Contract Administration teams to establish unit prices, basis of estimate and other relevant estimating criteria to produce the cost estimate.
* Works with the quantity surveyors to estimate the type, amount of materials required to deliver the contracted specifications.
* Updates the estimate periodically to reflect changes in the contract conditions and circumstances.
* To estimate Contract Change Notices.
* To provide, as requested, special cost studies.
* To establish the validity of contractor’s claims for change orders on an as requested basis.
